Terri’s education and business background, with her heart for service, shaped and molded Heimlich Heroes into what it is today. Since 2013, she has led all aspects of the program: strategy, systems, budgets, marketing, program development, customer service, and more.
For over 50 years Joann has served Deaconess in several capacities. Supporting Heimlich Heroes since 2015, she’s involved with many customer service and administrative tasks. Joann performs critical functions that better serve our customers and enhance the program user’s experience.
Michelle came to Heimlich Heroes in spring 2017. She assists with customer relations, order processing, and other administrative tasks. Michelle’s commitment and ideas expand and increase our training reach.
